Mainly, Deal Partnes is a possibility of winning investment, which itself is a cooperation between Noble Gaming and partner(s) for certain transaction. 
The maximum that the partner(s) could invest cannot exceed 50% of the total amount of investment.
It is worth mentioning that cannot participate natural or legal persons having links or are part of the competition. It requires absolute confidentiality about determined deal.
Exist two variants: 

DEAL PARTNER FIX. 
Low – risk alterntive. The partner(s) receives the basic details of the transaction
1. Business subject ( Which is the type of product)
2. Information about the client
3. Cost of an option
4. Nimber of possible options for buying
5. Period of the transaction
6. Dividends

For Example : There is an order to buy 100 machines. The customer is a company known in the business, has proved its seriousness and professionalism on several previous occasions.The client want to receive 50 until September 30th and 50 until October 31st. 
The total investment is $400 000. The partner receives an investment proposal. The price of an option is $40,000 (In total there are 10 options). The maximum number of options you can buy is 5. So, you could invest $200,000.
The period of implementation is 3 months. In total, the dividend is 17% (5.67% monthly). In conclusion, investing $ 40,000, the shareholder receives after 3 months $ 46,800.

DEAL PARTNER TIMELESS – Alternative with higher investment returning rate. It applies to any investment project that has no specific time-frame for completion. 

For Example: We are in the process of expansion in South Islands and we are preparing the sale of 400 machines. The total of investment is $1, 600,000. The partner receives investment proposal. 
The price of an option is $ 8000 (5% of investment), which means that the partner could buy maximum 10 options - $ 800,000. The investment realization has no fixed term. It would continue until the 400 machines sale completion ( until 400 machines had been sold by direct sales, leasing, participation, etc.). In this case the dividend is distributed properly among the partners at the time of each payment by the customer ( each amount from the client). 
Exist combined cases between the two variants, where the execution deadline might be determined in two periods. For example - the first period until September the 30, the second until December the 30. The investment returning rate would be 20% for the first and 30% for the second period.
